- Lao PDR sees the most importance in the field of education in order to promote

education work in remote rural areas. Some schools have not been improved and

developed as they should be. There is also a lack of teaching and learning materials.

Therefore, there is a need to provide support for educational materials to strengthen and

develop the quality of education.

- Lao PDR is a country with two seasons: the dry season and the rainy season. The

majority of Lao people live in the plains and mountains. Some years are affected by the

weather conditions, such as the dry and cold seasons, especially in the northern regions

where people live on the mountains.

- Lao PDR is a country that is rich in natural resources but is not immune to weather

problems, natural disasters that occur in some provinces across the country, floods,

floods, fires and other problems. At the same time, it is necessary to help people in

remote areas who are poor and lacking in living, these things are necessary in terms of

social assistance.

- Assisting in social-aid work, helping disabled people, women, youth and disadvantaged

children in the community to get better living conditions.
